The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown a lot into disarray. Here are some resources that may help you stay safe and informed.
I am running for Congress because we need an economy that works for all of us, not just a wealthy few.
We could have a thriving economy in the 2nd Congressional district and across West Virginia. We can invest in the infrastructure for safe drinking water, better roads, and rural broadband that will make West Virginia a more attractive place to live and raise a family. We can support a diverse rural economy with well-paying jobs in healthcare, education, farming, tourism, manufacturing and more.
We can guarantee for everyone the basic economic rights of affordable healthcare, public education, decent income and secure retirement. We do not have real freedom when we are forced to work three minimum-wage jobs to support a family, forced to stay in jobs we don’t want to keep our health insurance, or forced to move out of state for better-paying work to pay off crippling debt. But we can change this and we can give our kids the economic freedom to stay in West Virginia.
